CANCELLATION POLICY
We are committed to a booking policy that accommodates the needs of all our discerning guests.
If you have made a booking but your circumstances change, you can reschedule this booking (once) up to 24 hours before the appointed time by calling us on +33 6 67 38 04 44 or email [email protected]. You can receive a full refund up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours you will receive 50% refund or you can reschedule your visit. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, 100% of your deposit will be withheld.
A full fee will be imposed (or your gift voucher will be redeemed) for a “no-show”.
