Parenie is an invigorating, traditional thermal treatment which should be enjoyed after first using the steam rooms to warm up and acclimatise. Lying in a prepared steam room, the therapist uses Venik (leafy, fragrant branches) to waft hot steam down onto, and around, your body. The Venik is also used for massaging the body by brushing, and is an amazing treatment for the skin.

First, you will enjoy traditional warming with your choice of venik, which will deeply relax and warm you. Then, you will feel a refreshing effect as you are showered with icy sparkling water using ice cubes. You will be swayed by the gentleness of the veniks gently flagellating you.
